I just thought I might need to use this due to the nature of content in my deviantART page. Actually I thought of making it "cute" but that distracted too much from the original message. The sign was drawn on Photoshop using line tools, or you can also use a fill tool to make a sign. EDIT: If your custom shape tool has a good triangle, you can use that and then use layer properties to make a border. Remember to switch to anti-aliased.
